Since our creation in 2011, our teams have been committed to overcoming every challenge our customers have presented us with. Our ambition and our quest for excellence have enabled us to build up a wealth of solid experience in all areas of digital technology over the years. We cover everything, from setting up thousands of touch-screen tablets in record time to helping a customer understand why their application behaves better on some devices than others. Over the years, we have learnt to master the logistical and technical hazards that are part and parcel of being an IT service provider, whether on a short-term or long-term basis.

With over 15,000 of our own devices, we can guarantee our customers the highest equipment availability on the market.

Outsourcing is not an option at LiveRental. We have a large fleet of our own tablets and computers to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality equipment and service. Thanks to our extensive range of IT equipment, we can always offer our customers the right devices for their needs, applications or accessories. This large fleet means we can provide high availability for niche products that are not readily found on the market, such as iPad Mini rental or Surface Pro tablet rental. LiveRental is also able to respond very quickly to the needs of customers looking for large volumes of iPads and laptops for hire.

A workspace designed for the needs of our profession

LiveRental has moved and expanded 6 times in 10 years! Today, the company has all the space and ergonomics it needs to manage the large flows of tablets and computers leaving or returning from our customers' premises. We consider ourselves fortunate that we can rely on workspaces that are perfectly suited to our business of hiring out IT equipment. Our premises include office and social areas, as well as a setup lab, an ultra-secure warehouse, a maintenance and repair room, spaces specifically for iPads and accessories, and areas for managing returns, shipments and packaging.
Every 24 hours, our main production centre has the capacity to dispatch an average of thirty orders, with an average of 150 devices. On certain days in peak season, we set up over 700 devices during the day.
